We start with a consultation to set some goals, hone in on your first series’ theme and style, and schedule your first session with our engineer. At the end of the session, we will create a roadmap of milestones we’ll hit in the process and how you can track them.

The heart of the sandwich. Every hour of finished audio requires about two hours of recording time, so this covers your time in our remote studio, getting set up and sound checking or light checking your video, and retakes and drop-ins for coverage. Our studio is fully remote and we will recommend equipment should you need it. This process will take as long as it takes; we work around your schedule.

We also onboard your guests - you won’t have to deal with that part.

For pre-recorded ads, services include recording and producing your ad in addition to writing a script. Some podcasts prefer to have the host read their ad, and in those cases we’ll work with you to make that feel good.

We’ll also create some audio ads and video shorts you can use for your campaign.

If you have your own promotion and release strategy or are working with another agency, this is the way to go. We will create the podcast’s publishing platform accounts for your team on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music et al, and publish the show on your agreed-upon schedule, seamlessly integrating with your existing infrastructure. We will also hand off ownership of these accounts to your team and if requested, provide training on how to maintain them and publish new episodes.
